If you have entered your Station Enabler Code into your Station Details on Myriad Playout on one PC but checking on another PC it is not seeing the enabled features, OR if your Myriad Anywhere Pro users are unable to use the Remote features, then the most common reason is if you have not set your Data Location correctly on each PC.
You must make sure that all of your PCs running Myriad Playout are configured to use the same Data Location, and also that other tools such as Myriad Remote Edit Server, Myriad AutoImporter etc are also set to the same location.
Several users have set the Media Locations to be the same as each other, but neglected to check the Data locations, so Myriad Playout appears to be working correctly and plays audio correcty, but some features will not work correctly, and in particular Station Enabler Codes will not be recognised by all of your PCs.
Myriad Playout
